Vellappally is now recommending/dictating norm to regulate the reservations system in India. He is recommending a complete restructuring of the reservation system based on the income rather that the community. He even suggested to deny any such privileges to the well-off  people in such communities.  I am just wondering our PM is also passively supporting these views. Its again a case of double standards. A case were the government has given the privilege to the people to give off LPG subsidy rather than forcefully removing subsidies, but for the under privileged community people are dictating an alternate plan. A place where the richest person in the town has the BPL( Below Poverty Line) Ration Card and the a wood cutter has an APL(Above Poverty Line) Ration Card. I am not sure how is this new demand by Vellappally even make some sense. Representing / creating a feel that you are a representative of a larger group of people, does not give you the licence to dictate things around. A man tip to toe immersed in corruptions charges and murder charges but still he has the privilege to stand next to a PM and dictate terms. India is becoming un comprehensive now. People are dying for the establishment/ sustainance of "Sanathana Dharma"; which exists even without any persuasions. This is the contemporary style of copying the west.
